The final stage of the Postventure experiment has been completed

In the fall of 2020, in honor of the 5th anniversary of the Kingdom of North Barсhant and also in honor of the 200th anniversary of the postal envelope, the 180th anniversary of the postage stamp, the 160th anniversary of Vladivostok, the 125th anniversary of the invention of radio, a unique Pacific historical and geographical postal film and radio expedition "Maritime Heritage of Primorsky Krai" and the Postal radio-telegraph historical and adventure experiment POSTVENTURE were launched in Peter the Great Bay.

The expedition included 40 original tourist and local history routes and excursions dedicated to 40 seafarers whose names are on the map of Primorsky Krai and the Far East, and the postal experiment implemented more than 40 methods of mail delivery: underwater, underground, balloon, space, bicycle, scooter, ship, barrel, bottle, high-mountain, dog sled, horse, pigeon, bee, rocket and others - today this is the most massive and diverse mailing in the world in terms of delivery methods.

The final stage of the experiment was sending the envelope into space to the International Space Station, where it was endorsed with postal stamps from the ISS, as well as personal stamps of Russian cosmonauts from the ISS-68 crew, Heroes of the Russian Federation Sergei Prokofiev and Dmitry Petelin.

We congratulate the author and head of the expedition "Marine Heritage of Primorsky Krai" and the postal experiment POSTVENTURE Valery Sushkov on the successful completion of the relay and wish him new and interesting beginnings!
