As head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Katherine leads the development of a common strategy for the foreign policy of the Kingdom of North Barchant while also working tirelessly to protect the rights and interests of citizens on the global stage.

Born in Riga, the capital of Latvia, on August 22nd, Katherine earned her university degree from the University of Latvia before joining the North Barchant Kingdom as Minister in 2016.
