Check out the man behind the Ministry of Health in North Barchant - Otto Trampiter, also known as Oleg Trubachev! As the Minister of Health since 2016, he's responsible for developing public health policies and promoting disease prevention and health education among citizens of the Kingdom.

Born in Riga, Dr. Trubachev graduated with honors from the 3rd Moscow Medical Institute in 1997 and continued his family practice as a fifth-generation physician and third-generation homeopath. Despite homeopathic treatment often being dismissed as mere placebo, Dr. Trubachev was passionate about developing and popularizing this area of medicine.

With studies and collaborations in Switzerland, America, India, Belgium, Russia, and England, Dr. Trubachev has treated patients on all continents, including top officials of various countries. In 2008, he participated in the Homeopathy for Health in Africa project, treating people with AIDS under the auspices of Jeremy Sherr.
